“The staff and the general facilities and the room were great. Just two downsides. 1. During my stay they decided to drain the swimming pool and regrout and refill. We were told that this would take two days. My time at the hotel finished after 4 days and the pool was still not open. It would have been a good idea to do this maintenance work during the low season rather than with a hotel full of holidaymakers. 2. Strangely you were only allowed to use one device on the Wi-Fi. If you tried to...

“Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic. Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️”

“I stayed with my girlfriend for 6 days at the Lemon Tree Resort and we really enjoyed the time there. The room was very clean and well equipped, the staff was incredibly friendly. The location of the resort is very good, very close to the main street but not noisy at all and 2 minutes walking distance to the beach. So, it´s a great place to stay!”

“Beautiful hotel, would stay again ”

“The location is good, can be noisy all night if your room is at the front of the hotel. Rooms are not soundproof so if you plan a lie in you may get the noise from the pool area. Cleanliness can Definetly be improved, property also needs maintenance rather than excuses for issues. Some of the front office staff were really good but otherwise the the staff and Restaraunt’s staff were quite poor.”

“Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible. Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor”

“Excellent stay ! Very attentive and kind sfaff, the breakfast is great, the room very comfy. Ony cons I could find: a bit isolated and the pool is best in the morning / early afternoon as it’ll be in the shade after that. Very happy otherwise ”

“I cannot rate The Astor in Goa high enough. We used Goa as a stop gap for our India holiday and it was amazing. I had an upgrade and used the Spa and Gym as well as the pool which was welcoming after being in the sun. The staff were fab, very friendly and considerate, couldn't do enough, always helpful. Food was also delicious, Ishani looked after us throughout, always with a smile on her face. Thank you to everyone at The Astor, hopefully return soon.”

“カラングートビーチに行くため妻と2泊しました。過去に泊まったホテルの中でも価格も含めトップクラスの満足度でした。敷地は大して広くありませんが、部屋数に対して庭やプールを贅沢に配置しとても高級感があります。併設しているスパも綺麗な部屋で技術も良いうえ、周辺のスパと価格が同等でした。また食事についても価格に対して非常にレベルが高く、特に釜焼きのパルマピザがインドで過去最高でした。余りにも快適すぎて滞在中は出来る限りホテル内に滞在する事を考えました。またゴアに来る目的が出来たと思わせる最高のホテルだと感じました。”
