Hoteles de 4 estrellas en Loay

“terrible stay. staff were rude, rooms were not clean at all. these furnitures need upgrade. some chairs were even spotted with bloods...dining at the hotel is pricey and small portion. I was not able to get a taxi because it is too far away from the main street. I will never go back to this hotel again”

“En 2 noches de las 5 en que estuvimos alojados hicieron 2 bodas en la piscina , rompiendo la tranquilidad que se presupone para un hotel que se considera de lujo , la recepción está un poco antigua”

“Es un hotel comodo, limpio al frente de la playa, muy buena ubicación, el desayuno muy completo y rico. Desde las habitaciones se escucha un poco de ruido por la musica que ponen al lado. ”

“The property does have fresh water for shower, we had to use salty water from a well very close to the sea. This was the biggest cons in this place …. Especially I rented it for took weeks … imagine my son and wife had to shower at nearby hotel due skin issue. One night there was no water at all. Burning garbage and plastic by neighbors did not allow us to stay in and enjoy the place … Staff on property were awesome and they response very quick but they are limited to what they can change....

“Almost everything was perfect in this beautiful boutique hotel, nice decoration, nice room(samia),perfect beach, lush environment, attentive and well English spoken staff.Restaurant with potential, offers a very good quality and varied a la carte options but ambiance and music at nights should be improved to make it more romantic, inviting;now is too bright, looks like a cafeteria.Breakfast is quite simple and repetitive,no natural orange juice offered, which is a must.”

“Our first room the lock on the sliding glass door on the main floor was broken. We were moved to another room however the fridge stunk so upon opening it the room smelt horrible. The light initially worked in the bathroom and then that burnt out. The breakfast was horrible in a small eating area with everyone else there was no seating. The hotel caters to Japanese, Chinese and Koreans. The TV including the controls have no english. Upon checking out the front desk did not have all the...

“Stayed for a quick weekend away from Manila and it was the right decision. I wanted a quiet and low key stay away from the noise and bustle of the city areas. Panglao itself is a very laid back location for exactly that. The biggest highlight was how friendly, welcoming and truly amazing the staff were. They went above and beyond for each and every guest and would find ways to make you feel appreciated and valued. They treated me so well from the moment I arrived to every minute in between and...
