“Friendly and helpful staff Lovely venue and excellent spa and pool facilities”

“Amazing staff nothing was to much trouble beautiful hotel no complaints I visit regularly”

“We have stayed at this hotel many times but not for about 3/4 years. We couldn’t believe how run down it has become. The whole place needs to be refurbished. Our sink in the bathroom had a crack in it, carpet had red stains on it. The doors in corridor were all scratched and the carpet was dirty. The chairs we sat in for breakfast were all peeling, although some of them had been replaced. Even the food was not upto much. Got told we would have to wait quite a while for the sausages as none...

“Bar was friendly, great parking”

“No aircon. Very hot room. Got a fan but pretty poor for an expensive Spa resort. No late checkout for Gold member... 2 hours 20 pounds. All in all OK but a little disappointed ”

“We had a lovely stay especially the friendly staff and the kennels was a real highlight.”

“Cuida todos los detalles. Excelente calidad -precio”
