“Arrived at the hotel in the midst of a severe wind storm. The front desk staff were busy dealing with multiple issues including a new reservation system, but were polite and offered 2 drink vouchers to use while awaiting check-in. They were quickly able to get us checked in. Rooms were clean and comfortable with parking right outside the room. Beds were comfortable. Check out was simple. All staff were very accommodating and polite.”
