Hoteles de 4 estrellas en Dupnitsa

“Amazing staff, properly, amenities, location and nature!!! And dining!!”

“The room was the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen and certainly nowhere near 4 star. Everything is Broken and filthy with insects and bugs. Food was just as bad no variety at all, pointless going half board as we had to eat out most of the time as it was so bad. The facilities are neglected the customer care non existent and most nights there was screaming and fighting from locals at the front reception leaving clubs and bars . Incredibly unsafe for families and poor value for money. Worst...

“Wonderful ”

“Buen hotel, que ha sido recientemente renovado. Las habitaciones son amplias, con buena señal WiFi pero les faltan muebles. Dispone de parking privado. El desayuno es pobre y malillo. El zumo que ofrecen es de muy baja calidad. Dispone de piscina climatizada y jacuzzi. El personal es muy amable.”

“Next to the slopes, clean room, good view”

“5 stars all around. Nick our property host was fantastic. The castle exceeded our expectations on size and value for money. Not to mention the jacuzzi that was almost as tall as me 🙄😅. The property was cleaned throughout, perfect temperatures and the company provided with plenty of information for surrounding areas and transportation as we had no car. Would 100% recommend. Thank you to all the team!!! ”

“Clean and well decorated place”

“Very nice Vitosha but restaurant and products should be more local ”

“La habitación enorme y el baño muy pequeño, le falta mampara para que no se inunde todo. Lo peor el desayuno, muy malo para esa categoria de hotel.”

“Excellent, however you should check your final bill as we were charged for an extra night, this was rectified when questioned.”

“Great hotel. Some of the staff a little abrupt but overall a great stay. ”
