“Lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de los vinos propios como los de la zona”

“Friendly welcome. The accommodation needs a refurbishment.”

“Fantastic property, great location, friendly team”

“The décor was gorgeous, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the setting felt wonderfully private. Everything was fresh, clean and beautifully presented, with generous facilities provided. A lovely, relaxing place to stay. Thanks for a lovely experience”

“Well located in town with easy access to services and food outlets. Good information for local wineries, accessible by car or bike hire within walking distance. Great place to stay.”

“amazing place”

“A truly amazing place to stay for independent adult travellers. It's not far from Port Willunga, McLaren Vale and road connections, but it is comparatively remote. You have to be self-sufficient as the staff are not on site most of the time. Expect to drive for shops, restaurants etc - and as there are no cooking facilities, you need to do that, or have meals delivered - but that is the charm. To see wallabies lolloping by at dusk or dawn, honey-eaters busy among the flowers, the horizon of...

“The location is excellent—quiet, private, and close to everything you need. However, I noticed pet hair on the furniture, and the sofas were quite worn, which made the property feel less clean than expected. The biggest issue was that the Wi-Fi stopped working the day before I left, and the air conditioning was not very effective. Overall, considering the quality of the accommodation and the issues I experienced, I don't think it offers good value for the price.”

“Beautiful property well located and lovely hosts”

“Cieran was an excellent host. Room was very comfortable and the lounge area was great. The breakfast each morning was delicious and very substantial. We actually didn't eat lunch either day because we weren't hungry. The b&b is in a great location within an easy walk to town and restaurants. Cieran had great advice on the local area. I will be recommending family and friends stay here if they visit Mclaren Vale.”

“ Beautifully renovated old mill, with incredible attention to detail and extremely friendly and helpful host.”

“The stay was nice and quiet. Friendly owners. Food supplied for breakfast was great. Close to dining options.”

“Accomodation was very clean, well appointed. Georg was friendly, helpful & happy to be flexible with checkout time. Great location, close to many quality smaller wineries & well known larger ones. ”

“Was absolutely ecstatic to find this little gem as a surprise for my husbands birthday. As he knows this area very well, it was great to find something he didn’t know was there. From the moment we pulled in from the road, we were in love. The location, presentation, cleanliness, thoughtfulness - all 5 plus extra stars. Very thoughtful touches. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Phil & Wendy are great hosts and the private cruise on the wooden boat was a real highlight. We will definitely...

“Well maintained, beautiful, little, property. We were well taken care of here and the scenery is to die for.”

“Beautiful location, lovely apartment..we had a wonderful weekend away. There needs to be some cleaning done however, the blinds in the bedroom and living room were filthy and some more seating in the loungeroom would be good too. We loved it though and will definately stay here again.”

“Great location, fab to sit outside and look at the sea. Everything was great .. however new bathroom down stair, is not very functional, has no shower screen and shower water goes everywhere including on the toilet. Owners had just renovated this bathroom, so there maybe some adjustments to be made.. apart from that very lovely:)”
