“Great location! The breakfast was very nice!”

“I stayed at Lemon Tree Premier in Kolkata for nearly two weeks and had an excellent experience. The staff were consistently kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay, and always made me feel well looked after. The facilities were excellent, and everything was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Kolkata.”

“A very good hotel in the very centre of Kolkata. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a Club room which was very spacious. Good housekeeping.”

“I don’t know what are they even running this business?”

“Nice, clean rooms (even if small) and a very good breakfast. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Wish the location was slightly more accessible. Beds are comfortable but there was a lot of activity in the corridor late at night. There is only one lift and no stairs, so it was quite frustrating having to wait for 5 minutes for the lift just to go up one floor to my room. Still, it's excellent value for the amount I paid and I can definitely recommend the hotel.”

“The hotel failed to take payment at check-in due to their error. When I noticed, I reached out on WhatsApp and offered to pay, but I was ignored. A month later, they suddenly contacted me and aggressively pursued payment. I paid right away, but they then went silent and still have not provided an invoice despite repeated requests. This was unprofessional and frustrating, and I would caution others about their billing and communication.”

“Location in Bidhannagar and walkable to shopping and dining”

“Very pleasant experience. Comfortable stay Mein Erfahrungen war sehr gut. Hat mein Zeit genießt bei diesem Unterkunft ”
