“We really appreciate the extra room we were given. We loved our stay so much, thankyou will for sure book again!”

“The wifi was very slow and unreliable. Reception was closed from 8pm to 9am which made it difficult to raise the issue. The hot water was boiling hot in the shower - needs a temperature reducing valve to be compliant. The bed was very soft, and the curtains and carpet very thin. Bathroom very dated. The heater worked. Mostly functional, definitely not luxurious.”

“Was a very comfortable large room.”

“Handy to central CBD.”

“The reviews are 100% correct about this place. Checkin was fast and friendly. Our room was spotless. Having sky sports in the room was great to watch the Wahs and the All Blacks games. The heat pump kept us toasty and warm for our winter stay. We would definitely come and stay here again!”

“Host was very accommodating and let me stay late (moved me to another room!) so I could keep working after checkout time. Recommmmmennnndedededed!!!!!”

“Excellent location. Lady in charge was lovely and very helpful. Room was noisy when the upstairs occupants used their bathroom being directly above.”

“Tried without fail to reach the manager multiple times over the week on all listed numbers. Couldn’t get in my room initially as no code sent for the lock box. Wallpaper peeling off in my room. The office was locked and without staff all week (I was there Sunday to Friday) and no phone contact possible. Very unusual.”

“Room was fine and clean, although it was a bit dated. Bathroom cabinets were in pretty rough shape and swollen from water splashback due to the open shower/tub. Taps were also very touchy and not very user friendly. No staff to be seen during two day visit and check in was a message to say the key would be inside the unlocked room, this didn’t feel very safe or welcoming. No staff during check out with no explanation. Great location and quiet location, but the dated facilities, lack of personal...
