“Lovely, very clean, and well appointed. Host was amazing, 2 rocking chairs on front stoop overlooking the water was beautiful, peaceful. The interiorand decor was beautiful and very comfortable. We used our kayaks, which was great. It is an in̈cline downhill to carry your kayak. ”

“New owner not what we expected from the Expedia review!”

“Perfect nature getaway! The small cabin has all of the essentials, great heat and water and excellent WiFi was a bonus. Location is ideal for hiking the local town forest and easy to drive into Brattleboro for local shopping. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.”

“Very nice property but the neighbors are very aggressive and violent, they were watching the property and called the police, my family felt unsafe.”

“We had a truly wonderful stay. The cottage and property are beautiful, peaceful and very special. Great views! Our host thought of everything, it's very comfortable and lovely. Best place to stay in Southern Vermont! Don't miss the Tiny Bread Box on Saturdays; it's just up the road. We'll defiantly be back for another visit.”

“Great place. Enjoyed our stay. Wish it wasn’t raining so we could’ve enjoyed more of the outdoors.”
