“The hitel its nice but there was no room service i called 2 days and they said it was not possible. Theres no window in the room (well there is but to the pipe system patio) and there was a terrible smell in the room qhen i got there told me the reservation was paid and the last day they asked for the payment ”

“El personal amable y servicial. Atentos a apoyar en cualquier situación.”

“Fabulous hotel, considering the price. Clean, classy rooms, very helpful staff, free airport shuttle. They even have two lovely restaurants: one modern, and another all traditional. Top quality.”

“Good breakfast. Polite staff. However there was difficulty communicating with them over issues like laundry, airport shuttle and other things. I got a room that was very staffy and with no windows whatsover. There was also some heckling when it cae to check out time. I made known my special circumstances but the staff was inconsiderate”
