“Not worth of 13k for family of 3 - classic premium villa. Old property not well maintained.. bathroom is ok although WC need replacement. Even no hook given inside bathroom for hanging cloths. Poor lighting in room , wardrobe. Shower area near Pool is in pathetic condition with water logging. Looks worms are playing with each other. Rooms has spider web. No tissues papers. “Property is old. Room was dirty when we checked in. ”

“Bodde i Ratnagiri som ett stopp i att resa vidare till Goa. Bodde i ett mycket stort fint rum, åt god middag i hotellets restaurang som även hade en bar. Vi hade tänkt åka till tågstationen för att fixa biljetter, men istället bokade hotellchefen biljetter åt oss och tryckte ut dem på papper. All personal vi träffade var mycket vänliga.”

“The location is beautiful, the resort has a beautiful view, clean and the staff is fantastic and friendly. I will visit again ”

Very picturesque location. 10 mins drive from nearby beach and 15mins to Ganapatipule beach and Temple. Room spacious, clean, free from insects and mosquitoes, breakfast delicious. If you love peaceful picturesque location then must try. We will definitely come back ”

“This place is highly recommended for someone who is looking to get away from the busy city life and have quiet time for themselves to rejuvenate. ”

No room service means the person needs to travel all the way to the restaurant which is not less than 700 - 800 mtrs from the farthest cottage / villa not to say the incline / decline on it. Also the lack to communication devices ( intercom ) is another thing which makes it difficult for the guest to be comfortable. Overall...
