“Lack of staff you have to phone a number to talk to someone and there was no breakfast like it said bed and breakfast otherwise it was ok it had a nice shower”

“Clear instructions for entry to property. Met my host, Liz at breakfast. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was cosy and comfy, with a fridge and there's also a guest lounge. Good value”

“Excelente servicio y la habitación muy bonita y limpia ”

“The food was very good (ham was delicious!) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pub had a nice friendly feel, too. Plenty of on site parking and it felt clean. The only minor quibble was the tv screen in our room was abs tiny (small). Overall, was good value.”

“This hotel is amazing from start to finish. Lovely warm welcome, compact single room with so many extras from toiletries, even a toothbrush, ear plugs, shoe cleaner, makeup remover cloth, variety of teas and coffee, fridge, large TV including Netflix. Breakfast had a huge variety to pick from, too much to mention, variety of breads, pancakes, crumpets, pastries, cheeses and meat, yoghurts, fruit, even sausages, eggs, beans and tomatoes and again lots of juices and teas and coffees. Amazing value...

“Had lovely 2 night stay with breakfast very clean and hosts lovely too nice ground floor room and only few mins walk to centre of Skegness so really convenient also free parking”

From previous stays at different places you usually get a welcome booklet/sheet which would have helped a little but any issues you have just contact host (Simon) Nothing bad to say about our stay tbh, good value for price maybe could use a little tlc (again me being a bit picky) but we did enjoy our stay which...
