“Convenient. Love simple breakfast served”

“Poor WiFi. Room well used, needs refresh”

“Kami booking 1 mlm beserta makan pagi dengan harapan keadaan hotel telah dibaik pulih selepas di viral tempohari. keadaan serta kemudahan hotel semakin tak dijaga seperti yang kami menginap 3 tahun lepas dan ditambah dengan sarapan ala carte dengan tiga pilihan sahaja. Hotel mesti maklum pada pengguna tentang hal makan pagi ini kerana ianya amat tidak patut seperti yang ditawar oleh hotel-hotel lain yang setaraf.”

“It’s our second stay. However, the experience has gotten worse as we’re put in the old room because we checked in late. AC and the bed were fine but the bathroom was a huge problem. The door lock was spoiled so you have to shower insecurely. Meanwhile, the toilet seat was also dirty. Then, the floor in the whole hotel room was kind of sticky. Thank goodness we’re only staying for one night. I don’t think we will stay here again if other options are available. Sorry to say.”

“I keep staying here because of its location. Near eateries and shops. But it’s an old hotel which is poorly maintained. The bathroom is sooo small that if u use the toilet, u can’t close the door. Breakfast was quite good, better than my last stay in 2023. The surau is not maintained at all. Rubbish on the carpet.”

“Television tak boleh guna tuala bau agak kurang menyenangkan”

“The high water pressure ”

“Room was absolutely disgusting. Walls had marks. Bathroom slippers were dirty and there were insects. Room was overpriced considering the horrible quality. ”

“Location is good but the room is not really clean. I killed 3 cockroaches, the pillow is too high, the toilet is quite run down and no wifi in the room, very poor connection. ”
