“Nice big room. Great breakfast”

“.”

“First I have to say we went in rain season. Limited staff. Had 1 flat sheet and charged 300 pesos for duvet. First night the floor was covered in ants. Thousands of them. Minute feet hit floor they were crawling over you. In the suitcases and on the sheets. Had a big jumping spider in the towel that was 1 inch across. I understand the pool not being relaxing as rain season but it was not inviting as it was green and full of leaves. Zip line was closed, hiking was not an option but the pool...

“Worth the money”

“Wifi was compromised, started receiving scam calls the second i connected to the wifi. The walls were dirty and unclean. The ceiling had cobwebbs with insects and debris inside. The breakfast served was just ordered from the McDonald's next door. The bathroom smelled, and the neighboring unit had really bad case of vomiting very loudly next door. As if thats not all bad enough, they used angle grinders to do remodel during our stay. Dont pay the rate they ask on the site.”

“We enjoyed the pool, but there were a lot of leaves. The room was not clean enough, especially the outdoor toilets; there was even poop that was not cleaned. The place is beautiful, and the beach itself could improve in cleanliness as well as the service at the reception and kitchen, where the staff seemed unfriendly.”

“Hotel room was very dirty and small. There were also a lot of mosquitoes and the AC unit didn't work very well, so I was bit even before we were able to settle in. Consequently, we ended up not staying at this hotel. Probably won't be booking there again nor via Travelocity again, unfortunately. There should be more accurate and updated information regarding this venue on Travelocity.com so customers can make a better informed decision on reservation, considering this was a non-refundable...

“Worth a visit if in the region, little slice of history.”

“Nice overall. Problems; 1. Poor Wi-Fi 2. Noisy hotel next door (karaoke). 3. No maid service with sign on door indicating service desired. ”

“Close to transport”

“At first it was disappointing because we booked online for two nights staying here in hotel app and it says breakfast are included but when we got here there’s no breakfast in the morning we paid too much money but the service by cocotel is so disappointing and big scam .thankfully the staffs here are so kind and attentive/caring and all my disappointments are gone because of them . Hopefully hotel app or by cocotel just only put what’s really included in your site don’t scam people again para...

“Excellent customer service”

“The staff is terrible”

“Clean room, the hosts were excellent and nice. Quite peaceful and worth the stay. Wishing I stayed longer”

“Close to shopping area,”

“The room itself was generally okay for a short stay, but there were a few things that could be improved to enhance the overall experience. The restroom could have been cleaner upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing. The kitchen area was quite limited in terms of utensils and basic supplies, making it a bit challenging even for couple people.”
