“The hotel was great! Clean and beautiful, food from the restaurant was good. I just think that I came at the wrong time (rainy season) we were stranded in the hotel because there only street to and from the hotel was flooded. Couldn’t get a ride out of the hotel. Most of the staff was kind and helpful except from one, she always had an excuse as to why something can’t be done or amenities can’t be used. Caught her in a lie or maybe she just didn’t want to do something, not sure.”

“First I have to say we went in rain season. Limited staff. Had 1 flat sheet and charged 300 pesos for duvet. First night the floor was covered in ants. Thousands of them. Minute feet hit floor they were crawling over you. In the suitcases and on the sheets. Had a big jumping spider in the towel that was 1 inch across. I understand the pool not being relaxing as rain season but it was not inviting as it was green and full of leaves. Zip line was closed, hiking was not an option but the pool...

“Wifi was compromised, started receiving scam calls the second i connected to the wifi. The walls were dirty and unclean. The ceiling had cobwebbs with insects and debris inside. The breakfast served was just ordered from the McDonald's next door. The bathroom smelled, and the neighboring unit had really bad case of vomiting very loudly next door. As if thats not all bad enough, they used angle grinders to do remodel during our stay. Dont pay the rate they ask on the site.”

“Hotel room was very dirty and small. There were also a lot of mosquitoes and the AC unit didn't work very well, so I was bit even before we were able to settle in. Consequently, we ended up not staying at this hotel. Probably won't be booking there again nor via Travelocity again, unfortunately.
