“Extremely disappointed. The staff was very kind but the “resort” itself was awful. I checked in and checked out an hour later and found a new place. The photos look nothing like the place, it’s extremely run down. there was an inch gap in my door that would allow insects in at any time, there was baby spiders crawling all over the bed along with a dead flies all over, there was cobwebs in the corners. All the tables were dirty, there was grime all over the nightstand. The light switch boxes had...

“Lovely clean and spacious room, recently renovated. Helpful staff, even lent us an umbrella to get to our car during a rain storm! Plenty of parking. Only slight let down was no breakfast available, probably because only a couple of rooms were in use, but no big problem as there are convenience stores not far away.”

“Nice place for the price but it is very cold at night without heater ! ”

“We cancelled and notified, yet to receive a response. ”

“The staff was very kind a nd competent, the room was very nice but the bathroom was very old and with the appearance of dirty (but it wasn't). the only problem was the location, it was located to more than 3 km from the Pai city, so everything you wanted to get to the city , you need taxi (maybe 2-3 times per day) and in the website it is mentioned that it is close to the city ( 500 meters....but it is not true). The swimming pool is really nice. ”

“This was a last minute booking and I was very happy overall. The room was nice, but only one bedside table, no bedside lamps, and no hot water kettle. Those were my only problems with the stay. Otherwise, the property was comfortable and cozy. The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was on par with every other hotel breakfast I've had in Thailand. A little bit away from town, but plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of town on a scooter. And quiet. So peacefully...
