“Great pool”

“Easy parking. Very comfortable clean upstairs room. No lift. No staff on site, but will come straight away if you ring with a problem. The pub is three doors down. Great food. Check if you need to book a table as it's very popular.”

“Laundry facility very good”

“Room was way more modern thatn i expected; would happuly stay again.”

“Really nice stay. We were in the accessible cabin. My only complaint was the bathroom floor flooded with every shower - made fit wet feet after a night time visit.”

“Loved it”

“The room was clean and it suited our overnight stop over.”

“The facilities arr quite good. The pool looked clean (didn't use it) the bedding was crisp and clean and the room had good provisions (decent size tv, kettle, fridge, microwave). The room is due for a reno. There was paint peeling from the roof, bathroom sink had a few rust stains and the room door had some dodgey repairs in it. Having said that, you have to take into account the price you pay and the star rating of the hotel. I would have no problem staying here again”

“This hotel feels fresh and modern after its recent updates, and the staff truly make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spotless with beautiful new fixtures, and the team goes out of their way to help with recommendations and local requests, making our stay smooth and stress-free”

“Es un motel cuyas fotos no muestran lo que en realidad es. Si bien la atención es buena las habitaciones son muy precarias, no justifican el precio que se paga, hay olor a humedad, no tienen privacidad ya que una puerta balcón toda vidriada es el frente de la misma con cortinas. En síntesis sumamente precario.”

“Very clean room. Nice size. Parking at the door. Well maintained and very comfortable. Good bathroom and shower. Close to the town centre and other facilities. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

“Greeted at Reception by a charming lady with a big smile & welcoming manner. Unit was at same standard as a motel room which would come at a noticeably higher price. One not-very-important gripe: car access within the park would benefit from paving of some sort. It must be a messy goat-track in rainy weather.”

“My 2nd stay here within a few months. Will be back again soon.”

“At first it looked a little run down but was very clean, close to town and staff were very helpful, I’d stay here again.”

“The room was a great size and comfortable. The property is very dated and tired, but it is functionally fine, especially for a short stay. We had a small issue with out room and the staff were EXCELLENT at fixing it immediately for us, despite it being after hours. Cannot fault their handling of the situation. As brand new owners they were very apologetic, however it was out of everyone's control. what was in their control is how they handled it, which was perfect. A credit to the property!”

“The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. Slept so well. Ideal place to overnight when travelling from Brisbane to Sydney.”

“The cabin was clean the pool area was first class great place to go for a holiday”

“A great place to stay. The proprietor was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The location is brilliant too. Close to everything, but just far enough away to be 'quiet'. Will definitely return to Bella Villa!”
