Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Kayunga

“A great place to stay with a nice river view. However, Expedia said that the check-in time was 10:30 AM and when I arrived at 11 the room wasn’t ready. They indicated check-in time was noon. Also, I had asked to have the room set up for a romantic weekend, which was not set up to specification. But other than these few hiccups, it was an enjoyable weekend.”

“Das Personal war freundlich ”

“They couldn't find our prepaid Expedia reservation. Clean room, friendly staff. No safe or minifrig. Wifi nonexistant to terrible. ”

“We booked two rooms. We had a total of five people. Each room indicates that it sleeps four people—ample space. I talked with the manager since the system wasn’t allowing me to specify the number of people. I asked if it would be a problem that we had five people. He said no. When we arrived, he indicated that we needed to pay an extra $”

“We had meetings in nearby Lugazi and originally planned to stay in the town. However, when the option of staying in the nearby rainforest came up, I decided the cool of the forest and its quietness were a far better option.”

“Despite confirmed reservations for two rooms confirmed by Expedia hotel claimed that they have no rooms. This was a disaster. I believe Expedia has to take action against this hotel. It is not serious and not good for Expedia.”

“When I arrived they told me they were not working with cheap hotels online. They refused my reservation. They had rooms, but wanted to increase the price by 50 percent more than what I had booked. I called the taxi service to come and get me. I didn’t stay there and I never will.”

“No”

“Very nice and the staff was very kind and accommodating.”

“Typical African stay, which I really enjoyed it. Good access to sunset boat. A/C is not applied so it's hot in daytime, but it's very cool at night. You can meet very friendly staffs, dogs, and cats.”
