“We had stayed here before & we really enjoyed it. Staff were friendly & room was clean. This time was terrible. Staff were not helpful, room smelled & carpet was filthy. Parking was a challenge had to use the basement parking with no easy acceas to the hotel. You have to drag your bags up the ramp. Sheets & bathroom were clean or we would have left. We were very disappointed.”

“Staff was helpful. Amenity is the room is good. My room was noisy facing the main road and I can hear the TV from the next door room. Wed steak special was really nice from the restaurant. I think the place is worth the money. Suggested Improvements 1. Provide bin in the toilet for feminine products 2. The poster on the door still says to leave the room key(card) in the room when checking out, which is different from what I was told (leave room key in the box in the main entry)”

The photos gave the impression of a clean, modern and well-maintained property, but when we arrived, the reality was nothing like what was shown. “This hotel is a great place if you are visiting kids at UWA or recovering from treatment at the hospitals. But it is not a resort for 1st time travellers. We enjoyed running along the Swan River every morning. Best to have a rental car.”

“I booked a car park spot which was there, as I got near I rang to confirm how I could get to my parking bay. I was told I could drive in, you can only drive in with a security card so instructions were completely wrong and made my check in distinctly less satisfactory than it should have been.”
