“入住時，櫃檯人員完全沒說明任何設施或服務，甚至還要房客親自詢問。入住時表明會幫忙折抵停車費，結果在停車場卻開不出去，還要打給飯店，員工一句道歉也沒說。房間隔音差，陽台的燈關不掉。退房的時候，員工也是省話到不行，語氣完全感覺不到禮貌。要補繳停車費，直接跟我說：你要給我一百。做人都不會做，還要來飯店工作。”

“嘉義駅から近く、付近には飲食店やゲームセンターもあります。夜市までは歩いて行けました。簡単な英語や日本語が通じます。朝食は台湾の食事っぽくてほっこりしました。嘉義スタイルの麺やデザートがあり、挑戦してみました。総じてスタッフさんは親切でした。嘉義訪問の際には、またこちらのホテルを利用したいです。”
