“Everything about this hotel was wonderful-- especially the staff!!! However, we were very unhappy about the fact that we had to navigate through the parking garage. This is a very confusing process. There are no clear signs in the garage-- and the App does not work with our US phone numbers. Very frustrating. Also not clear-- how to get one of the "reserved" free parking spots. The hotel needs to make this more convenient.”

“The Citybox is well situated near supermarkets, restaurants and attractions. I like the minimalist concept of the facility. Staff are honest. I left my wedding band and they contacted me on how I can have it back. Thank you.”
