Despite several requests they gave their full effort to charge us even knowing that they have mentioned wrong address and due to which booking was made there. They aren't cooperative at all. It seems that The General Manager himself is very focused on cheating people and generating money from where ever he can. This...

“We stayed in a ground floor suite near the dining hall and that was very convenient for seniors like us. Our suite was very clean and very nicely furnished. To me, the outstanding feature of the resort was the behaviour of the staff. They always greeted us with a smile. They never expected tips unlike their counterparts in bigger cities. The big open ground inside the resort was very nicely maintained and excellent for morning walks. We didn’t use the gym or spa area, but they looked good....
