“Convenient location and comfortable stay With delicious breakfast”

“Disappointing stay overall. The room was not clean when we arrived – there were spider webs in multiple corners and on the ceiling. The door was already unlocked/open before we even used the key, which felt unsafe. On top of that, a few bees were flying around inside the room and we had to deal with them ourselves. These cleanliness and safety issues really spoiled the experience. Staff were okay when we mentioned it, but the room should never have been given to guests in that condition. Would...

“Clean, close to food outlets would stay again”

“Shared bathroom is a misnomer. It’s basically a public restroom scenario where everyone is using the same facilities. The bed looked like it hadn’t been moved or vacuumed under in some time. No milk in the fridge for coffee/tea. Basically an inexpensive room close to the airport, which if all you are looking for is a bed to sleep in, this worked well.”

“Bathroom sink clogged. Couch cover torn all over. Chair covers and underneath torn and hanging. House smelling like mould and moisture upon entry. Dried leaves and dust falling off of the extra blanket in the cupboard.”

“Room was clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast was the standard bacon, eggs, toast etc. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy and kept clean. Short walk to restaurants and shops.”

“The property is well-suited for short stays; however, I suggest aligning the check-in time with standard industry practices by shifting it from 2:00 PM to 1:00 PM.”

“Quite direct to get into central Canberra. Good facilities. It would be useful having wifi available in the cabins, not just in public places.”

“2nd time staying at this park, always clean and quiet.”

“Its budget friendly family motel. Don’t expect five star hotel experience, you will be fine”
