“No hot water for entire stay. Staff were told but did nothing to help”

“We stayed in room 616. This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work. However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large. The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. “Terrible el proceso de check in y check out.

“We recently stayed at the Ibis Calangute while in Goa for some very sad family business, and I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and its staff. “Very well maintained hotel with all the needed amenities. Location is also great. Everything is around 10-15 minutes away. Staff is friendly. Perfect for family trip. Only small issue is valet parking if you have car as the space is small and hence you may need to wait for few minutes until remove the other blocking cars.”

“Clean and neat place in north Goa. Perfect for families with kids”
