“Room and public area was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We dropped our son’s blankie when we checked out. When I called the hotel Ashley answered and without a second of hesitation asked the room number and where we were parked, she put me on hold and found it immediately! She went above and beyond. It was as folded behind the desk with my name on it. Thank you Ashley! You saved the day! ”

“El hotel excelente, la ubicación muy desolada, en la calle solo ves algunos homeless. Las propiedades vecinas bien cuidadas y calles limpias , pero todo mundo te decía que es zona insegura. Pero el hotel muy bonito y nuevo”

“The bartender was very friendly and attentive to our needs. we arrived later in the evening and although the kitchen was closed she went above and beyond to get us something to eat! The Rooms were spacious and clean.”

“Es un hotel cálido. Su personal es excelente y bien dispuesto a solucionar los problemas. Realmente quede muy agradecido, especialmente con la Sra. Marta del servicio del restaurante.”

“All of the above-mentioned! And the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I had a huge pumpkin pie I was taking for a Thanksgiving gathering, never thinking it would be hours before I needed to be there. The girls very graciously said I could use the fridge at the hotel. No problem at all!”
