“El hotel está hermoso y la vista que tiene es de lo mejor. No hacen el servicio de limpieza diario (si lo informan con un aviso en el baño) por lo que puede ser incómodo la basura en el cuarto. No había shampoo desde que llegamos y fue imposible comunicarnos al servicio de camareras”

However, the front desk receptionist seemed unfriendly and appeared to be having a bad day on both days of my stay. While the accommodations were great, the customer service at check-in and check-out could be improved”

“Log cabin home with pool and mountain location. Room was perfect and food and hospitality exceptional.”

“Four things could make it better. 1.I could not sleep in the bed because I could not get into it - way too high and I'm not a short person. 2. Have sheets in the sofa bed. I had to sleep with no covers or anything the first night. 3. Provide more than one wastebasket. 4. Remote instructions. It took us quite awhile to figure it out and then we had to try to figure out what we did again. ”
