“Very friendly staff. really nice and welcoming. also got free chocolate cookies on arrival which was a nice touch. Room was very clean and spacious with two very large and comfy single beds. enjoyed having access to the spa facilities too. ”

“I booked at the last minute and when I arrived Keri greeted me with warmth and openness that started my stay off feeling comfortable and at ease. The room was fine. It was clean and cozy. I was in room 16 which felt a bit like I was in a corner closet do to it's location in an off shoot of the main hall. Once inside the room, it was decent space, tidy and acceptable. There wasn't any coffee in the room, which isn't a problem but did surprise me. The staff I dealt with made me feel at home.”

“We hadn't had good reviews for this hotel chain. It was our first visit and it changed our perspective on the hotel. Overall, the hotel is fully booked, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff's service is superlative; Sarah and Colin will make your stay sublime. The only drawback of the hotel is that it's 10 minutes from restaurants, although you can eat at the hotel restaurant, which is fine. It's also worth mentioning that the city center is a 14-minute walk away.”

“Second time staying there. We got slightly bigger room and the facilities were clean. We did notice some mold around the window area and i wish they could take care of that. Otherwise, was a pleasant stay”
