“We booked a queen deluxe room for one night. Picked up the room keys in the afternoon but didn’t go to the room straight away as we had a function to go to. On arriving back later that evening on opening the room we were quickly disappointed. Generally the room was quite dusty and felt dirty. The curtains need replacing and were not hanging correctly. The TV remote didn’t work and the back of the air conditioners remote was missing. In the bathroom there was old soap in the soap dish, no hair...

“The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Having a back patio to sit on and a free guest laundry were an added bonuses. Everything I needed for a four day stay was provided in the room. Would definitely stay again.”

“The accommodation was easy to find and accessing the room simple, thanks to fancy technology. The room was clean, quiet and well maintained, and conveniently located next to a Coles. “The bathrooms need to be redone as they have mould. We were looking forward to using the spa bath but didn’t as the jets were mouldy and had soap scum. The rooms are a nice size. Staff are beautiful”

“An inexpensive accommodation option, central to Maitland.”

“Being winter there was no extra blankets. Air conditioner cut in and out every 5-10 minutes so the room didn’t stay warm. There were very rowdy people in other rooms carrying on till late in the night.”

“Free pool. Food pokies”
