“The room was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, I wish there had been a few more amenities, especially a refrigerator and a hairdryer. Also, I contacted the resort by email before my arrival, but I did not receive a reply until the last minute, which was quite stressful. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.”

“Staff is great and friendly. The bed in the room was terribl. Mattress is like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Impossible to sleep on your side. Other things I didn't like...only 2 bath towels. In the heat I took two showers a day and had to reuse towel for second one. Should have 4 towels per room. Also..I saw cockroach twice during my stay in my room and a Lil gecko thing on the wall. Should have better seals on doors to stop that or traps. Lastly there was a sewer type smell coming out of...

“Hey, the welcome was amazing, and they helped with bags to the room)) The beach is really nice and warm, with loads of BBQ restaurants on the beach, and they're very cheap. The hotel has it own beach restraunt which is very good value for money)) The room it's self is large and spacious. I would recommend this hotel, felt very safe as the resort has it own security ))”

“We did not use the pool. Staff were great but the propert was poorly maintained..My husband and i had to check out 4 days early. The bed was very uncomfortable.”

“Love the beach, clear water. Staff were amazing and friendly. You can find the restaurant on the 2nd floor of Neptune Hotel. Nice view, with made to order food. Overall its a 10/10. I just hope they fix the road. Me and my brother had a wonderful experience.”
