“The hotel is nice but I had a terrible experience as a customer. I had a reservation from 22/02 until 24/02. I had to arrive late at the hotel due to personal reasons and I had not seen that I had to call in advance so that they can prepare a late arrival. The check-in time limit was 18:00 and I called them around 21:30 to ask if the restaurant was still open, and to my surprise they told me that not only the restaurant was closed, but so was the hotel. “We loved the breakfast and service. Only pillows were a little flat, but the rest was great. To be fair, since we would be only staying for one night, we didnt ask for extra. Showers were clean and good. Room was spacious and neat. Staff was very friendly to us and our kids. Definitely a good hotel. ”
