“We booked a particular room and when we arrived they put us in a different room. I explained to the front desk clerk what room I booked and she said that that was not how the booking came across from Expedia and that we had to pay an additional$20 in cash to get the correct room after the clerk ran my card 3 times and told me I had to pay cash for the room because none of my cards would go through. She asked for my driver's license 3 times. Everything just seemed very strange”

“We stayed overnight at Baymont on Sunday, Nov. 16th. But if we needed a longer stay, we would still stay there. It was clean. It was quiet. The amenities in the room were complete. We appreciated that there was hot and savoury breakfast also, in addition to bread, bagel, waffles, cereal and oatmeal.
