“Very disappointing experience. The hotel was nothing like the pictures or description. It was located down a dark, narrow alley that felt unsafe. The entrance was poorly maintained, and the reception area looked more like a warehouse than a hotel. The room was dirty, with stained sheets, bad smell, and overall felt extremely uncomfortable. I was so dissatisfied that I didn’t stay the night—I left immediately and booked another hotel, which you can verify through Hotels.com. Definitely not...

“We stayed 3 nights at the New Hindustan by Backpackers Heaven the price is right and the service is really nice. The best thing was to met Jahn who helped us plan our trip through India. He made really good suggestions and showed us what is possible. Without him we wouldn‘t experience India completly. Just for him, his positivity and his effort to give us the full experience of India I would stay there again. No regrets to choose this place at all”

“Viajo una vez por año a Delhi y hoteles correctos en este rango de precios son imposibles de encontrar. El Colonel´s Retreat es casi como una casa, no es un hotel corriente. Muy prolijo y limpio. Tiene vigilancia en la puerta y el barrio está cerca del metro. El personal súper amable y atento. MUY RECOMENDABLE. Al llegar, recomiendo contratar pick up desde el hotel (un poco caro) porque el barrio es dificil de encontrar y los taxis de aeropuerto son poco confiables, seguramente lo paseen hasta...

“They were charging very high price on arrival. they asked 1800 for the booking, we booked the hotel in approximately near 800. They left us no choice we were helpless that time . So the hotel was very bad. And we had very bad experience. ”

“Esta bastante bien. El desayuno no es en el mismo hotel sino que te dan un cupon y tienes que ir a otro hotel que esta muy cerca a desayunar. No tiene wifi en la habitacion solo en el lobby pero es gratuito. Nos alojamos aqui la ultima noche que pasamos en India. Veniamos de Varanasi y les enviamos un mail para que vinieran a recogernos al aeropuerto y asi lo hicieron y sin coste alguno. Por lo general se puede decir que todo bien.”
