“Stay was not comfortable.”

“The place was calm and well maintained”

“Clean room with clean bed, sheets and towels. Clean bathroom. Helpful staff. Convenient location near restaurants.”

“The property is average. They won't provide hot water after 9 am and they just want to make money so they'll charge you 100 for one time. The staff service guy didn't even picked up the luggage while checking out. Overall poor service. ”

“The stay is good luxurious experience for a budget price. The staff is very supportive as well. I would recommend this stay to everyone. It is very close to the city centre as well”

“Hotel locked at 10pm. Hot water from 7-9am. Had to ask for towels. The reception couple were pleasant but overall not a good experience but of course it was very inexpensive ”

“Fraud cheater ..!! i have booked RK WHITE CASTLE for 15th august -17th august. when i went there . no hotel found there. management has sold their hotel building to others. still they are taking reservations. they are fraud. i have to go another hotel for stay and paid more money.pls arrange refund for me and pls remove this hotel from your booking list as it is no more at current location”

“The property does not exist”

“This property has an excellent view of nearby tea plantation, has good parking space once we drove up the steep ramp. However, the rooms were not ready even 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time. The staff were cleaning rooms; with beds from multiple rooms in corridors; unclean bathrooms, broken bathroom door. Overall, it felt like not managed by professionals.”

“Cons. Washroom was terrible.. Iron water...yellow water Shower was not working.. Hot water was irregular.. they was charging extra for room heater and tea. Pros Good view..room was nice..”

“Rooms were not cleaned, even the bed sheets and linen were not changed. Bathroom was very dirty too with sides of sink broken. On top of this there was no water in the bathroom in the morning.”
