Hoteles de 2 estrellas en Pasir Gudang

“The wifi was weak. At one pointnin the night which is when we needed the wifi most, the connection was down. The hairdryer only works for a minute and have to wait another 10 mins to use for another minute. Takes forever to dry hair. The hotel has not been renovated since taken over by Hako from Bello. Pillow had a smell and way to soft to sleep on. The bed not comfortable at all. And after telling the staff about the hairdryer, nothing was done. Towel had stains.”

“Clean room”

“Booked mainly for the benefit of the location, with easy access to the surrounding area and train station. Our room featured a large floor-to-ceiling window without blackout curtains, so a lot of external light crept into the room. Sadly, our room smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke despite requesting a non-smoking room. Our air conditioner also leaked water. Only one plug outlet was located in our very small room. If we had brought larger cases, we would have really struggled to move around....

“Near food stalls and amenities with walking distance.”

“The hotel need to do renovations is very old ”

“The hotel was dirty and no attention to upkeep of the premises was undertaken. Strongly recommend other hotels in the area.”

“The room was clean and the staff was friendly.”

“Nice place to stay. Will like to thank the hotel counter staff Mr Shah to assist on the hotel cabinet issue. Thanks.”
