“Place was great but owner should state upfront that there is no WIFI and NO cell service. Kind of needed the WiFi to plan out my vacation plans and not having ANY cell service whatsoever made that impossible. Place was In Great shape , VERY private , driveway was extremely steep making towing my trailer up it a little sketchy. But other than those two issues place was great! ”

“The cabins were very comfy. I wish there was a kitchenette in smaller rooms. The pool with a view, the porch with a view and the lake with kayaks were great!”

“We stay at this property as it is close to the Vermont Tri Race at Branbury State Park. The owners are lovely and always accommodate a little later check out so we can go back after the race and shower.”

“Fantastic for families with children. Extensive rec room with sports and games; nice spa and pools. Great food. Rooms were nice but many have no view and the doors aren't well - sealed from the hall making it easy to hear the people next door coming and going.”
