“Room was clean and comfortable. I can understand the complaints about the room being warm but it did not bother me as a fan was provided in the room which was fine. Very convenient for Humber Bridge walk and Hull City Park n Ride. The whole feel of the place would be greatly improved by investing in ground keeping, weed spraying etc. Breakfast was ok for the price. I would stay there again. ”

“Clean and tidy room in a serviced house with an en suite shower room. Comfy bed, TV, chest of drawers svd a cupboard but no chair or table/desk so had to use my laptop as a laptop which is not ideal when you have done work to do. Good WiFi. No kettle in the room but well equipped shared kitchen downstairs. So, a little Spartan but certainly adequate and uncluttered room. Only a short walk from the town centre and a Wetherspoons so really did not need to cook anything. Overall comfortable svd...

“We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. ”

“It's student halls and exactly as described. The bed was comfortable, good wifi and shower. I had to ask the night security for bedding, towels and toilet roll & all was solved quickly. There isn't parking on site, there are paying car parks but it does add a bit to the overall price, as all streets are permit, just if helps for planning time and trip. The kitchen wasn't available to use, but the info said it would be, not too much trouble but maybe useful to know which it is. No kettle or any...
