“Excelente atención, muy acogedor...muy limpio cómodo y muy lindo estilo, la comida exquisita, pero por sobre todo el personal del hotel, muy amables y preocupados, no solo por nuestro bienestar en lo que a ellos les corresponde...si no que mucho más que eso, por todos los detalles de nuestra estadía dentro y fuera del hote Roobid, Maria y una joven De Ecuador...ojalá en todos los hoteles del mundo hubiera gente así tan servicial....muchas gracias”

“It has been a rally bad experience. The hotel did not clean my room, not change towels… them I paid the brakfasr and long queus, no bread, no Mill, nothing to eat … we stayed 4 nights And we could not tale the elevator… horrible stay”

These people care about what their guests think and want because they are the directly involved. This is the real difference between corporate and personal owner/operator type operations. Also, we spent an extra day there just walking around the little town as they are right in the middle - great location. ”

“No había nadie en recepción. Nos dejaron una toalla para dos personas. A las ocho de la tarde no había nadie a la que pudiera pedir más toallas. El grifo del lavabo está suelto. ”

“We love our studio room 404 which was on the top floor with slanted ceilings that allowed us to have a great view of the surrounding rooftops. Lovely neighborhood. It would have been a perfect stay if there was a full length mirror. Please install one and will definitely be back!!”
