The man dealing with us on check in was so so kind and chatty, we had arranged early check in prior to our stay and this was absolutely no problem which was great. Bed was comtable, I sleep very well. Breakfast was good. Personnel in hotel was very friendly and helpful, I got plenty of good information of city.”

“Our room wasn't cleaned for 4 days even after speaking to Management, no clean towels, toilet rolls, teas made stuff, nothing, bin not emptied either. We wer told it was because of Covid 19. Although we could pay extra for room to be cleaned if so required. 🤔🙄We had to go to Reception each day n ask for anything we wanted.
