“Negative: No AC (just a fan), no Wifi, smell humide but the price was cheap so I was not expecting much still AC was supposed to be in the broom and i didn't had any so i couldn't stay long and also was full of mold.
Positive: the rest bed okay, table, closet, hot water, mirror and the guy from the lobby was kind”

“Eventhough Expedia says "House keeping everyday", no house keeping at all. When I asked the staff the reply was "we only do house keeping every 4 days". I stayed for 3 nights.”

“The property wasn’t ideal because the reception are had no air conditioning so there were mosquitoes bitten while sitting there. The room wasn’t ready on arrival at 2.30 pm. Some items were missing for the third person. the room was ready for a couple as though it meant to be triple.”

“I stayed for two nights at the Fern. The Fern has a small restaurant in the lobby. To be honest, I don’t remember the items on the menu, but they didn’t seem attractive at prices It was empty of people.
The first thing I noticed as I walked in was the odor of stale food. It permeated all the way up to the third floor. It left an underlying odor that was unpleasant.
The room did not smell bad. The mattress was soft, I woke up with a back ache. The bathroom was well maintained.
There no safe...
