“Very sweet staff and the bar was great”

Otherwise very comfortable stay and would book again, but request a room with a definite bathroom.”

“Staff very helpful, a clean presentable room, nice affordable price with good parking access....a nice village pub atmosphere to finish the trip out at”

“Place stunk , hairs in bed , only received 1 night refund from Expedia , lesson learnt for me!”

“The bathroom had mold which had me sneezing. Historic doesn't have to mean unkept. Friendly enough but quality not quite there”

He went away and returned stating he could not do anything as the manager wasn’t available, therefore, we had no option but to stay in rooms we had not booked. Shared kitchen was dismal, one...

“Good value hotel and breakfast. Unfortunately close to the bypass with a very high proportion of çars and motorcycles with amplified exhausts.”
