“Warm room. Comfy bed. Hot and fairly powerful shower. Facilities, furnishings and deco dated but fully functional and as expected for a budget hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Middle of student area so external noise at a weekend shouldn’t surprise anyone and not the hotels fault. At a time when hotels in Manchester are ridiculously priced it’s nice to know affordable accommodation still exists on a tight budget. A perfectly quirky hotel. I enjoyed my stay and will go back...

“I stayed here for one night while visiting my brother in Bramhall. It is a lovely, quiet country inn, not far from Stockport station. The atmosphere is welcoming, warm and friendly. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed. The shower had lovely hot water with a huge bathtub. All the staff was so kind and could not be more pleasant. I also invited a family of six that night for dinner and everything on the menu was delicious. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.”
