“One of the best hostels I have stayed. Small problem is that it is still some parts under constructions but once they finished it's going to be the best place in Surfers paradise to stay. Still you can have lot of fun or relaxing time cause the place is huge and you can choose whatever you want during your stay. 100% recommended!”

“My email for shared kitchen and other information went to spam I didn’t receive it till after I arrived at my next accomodation What is the estimated wait time for my room deposit refund. There was no staff in attendance when I had to go for business / transport reasons. I’m sure your hospitality staff appreciated me stripping my own bed for them.”

“Upon getting to the location, the host canceled our reservation, leaving us nowhere to stay and giving us no help that was a total nightmare I believe there should be some compensation besides refunding my money I will never ever tell anyone to book through Vrbo”
