“Always good as usual rooms etc clean location is good as is air conditioning Pool is ok as well”

“It was terrible. The rooms had a huge stench of mold and mildew. The showers did not work. The air conditioning did not work. No blankets were provided for the beds. I complained and wanted a refund and they refused.”

“Friendly staff! Room was huge but outdated. Nice location”

“A great place to truly relax if (and only if) you enjoy the outdoors. You'll be up in the mountains with plenty of fresh air and delicious food prepared by the staff. However, be aware that the city will not be near by (so, plan in advance). For nature lovers this is a MUST do! Side note - working the shower's hot water can be a little tricky.”

“The owner to whom hotels.com confirmed our visit (paid in advance) did not bother to inform the local staff so nothing was prepared… there is nothing with regards to food and beverage, luckily the staff were outstanding! ”

“Felt like my own place. Felt odd leaving🍻”

“It was a decent room with low price Just the location is far from airport and bus terminal Overall good room and a quite place , staff was kind and helpful.”

“The Staff is wonderful and the Rooms was clean. I have stayed here before and the service is the same each time and it is well maintained.”

“Ehh”

“👍”

“Stayed 4 nights. Requested housekeeping a Day 3 & Day 4. They did not have housekeeping available. Kareoke was heard from the room past the 10pm quiet hours. No restsurant on site. ”
