We did not get the room we booked. There were bugs on the floors. It took forever for someone to check us in and it talks about their pool which was not able to be used. useable

Property is getting run down . Pool is not running for a yr now . Beautiful local and views but sad to see it getting run down . Golf course was in pretty good shape an enjoy playing it

The pool is not open. Though the picture shows a pool, it’s closed. Property owners should be help to account for misleading representations of their properties. We would have booked elsewhere had we known but in the end the property got our money so I guess the deception worked on their part.

Convenient and just what we need

Second time we have stayed at 108 Golf Course Resort, it’s perfect for our needs when we come to the Caribou to visit our son.

Unfortunately this was a disappointing stay. Firstly, three of us were put in a room with one king bed. I had booked a room with two double beds, but was told by the front desk that the hotel was full and this was the only available room left. Secondly, when I reported that the toilet was not flushing properly and that it was constantly draining, the front desk informed me that they were aware of this problem but that they couldn’t fix until Monday! They then asked me what I expected them to do since they could not accommodate moving us and they couldn’t fix the toilet. I suggested some sort of compensation would be appropriate and they asked what I felt was appropriate. They finally offered half price for the room which I felt was low considering the room only had one bed and one guest needed to sleep on a small couch. I don’t think Expedia should offer this hotel as the photographs do not match the room, which needed several renovations. To top it off the room was dirty ( stained carpet, broken cupboard doors in the kitchenette, garbage left from previous guests, coffee maker and oven dirty).

This place is not as advertised. The room keys didn’t work, twice so far. New ones have been ordered. This area is in a heat warning right now and the room was left closed with no air conditioning on the drapes open so it got to maximum heat. The pool is drained. Very very disappointing. Looks like maybe new owners? Anyway if I were Expedia I would not partner with this hotel - I usually trust what I find on Expedia but this is a fail!
So hot the make up remover bag has steam in it.

The service was great. The golf course is wonderful. The one restaurant was very good. The Hotel is old and in need of upgrade. Sound proof the rooms. Could hear a conversation in the next room well into the night. Needs more activities and restaurants.

I like the peace and quietness. This property is old and tired. It needs some major upgrades, for example, some of the plumbing doesn't work properly (faucets are hard to turn on), and outdoor carpets need replacing. The coffee maker did not have a glass carafe, to make coffee. There was no foo9d service available.

Stayed here for a week with a toddler and baby, from 8am-9/10pm i was out of the room visiting my grandmother. Did not make our bed or remove garbage once. Mold all over the bathroom, moth balls, dead bugs cobwebs floors so dirty they turned our socks black, the kitchennette did not have a pan or pot to cook in, 1 mug for coffee one spoon, a broken bread knife and a spatula from 1910. When asked if we could have a pan to cook in they did offer us a toaster oven.... without a tray so i still couldnt cook anything.... Asked staff nearly every day to clean the room and only on the 23 was i able to bathe my kids in this hotel room. The tub prior to the 23 was covered in soap scum and mold. The first time i asked was the morning on the 19th they cleaned only where there was visable mold. There was a non slip tub mat rolled up in the corner of the shower, when i moved it after theu had cleaned there was a ton of mold behind it. So i asked them again on the 21st [the office was closed by the time we woke up and they didnt anwser the phone every time we called on the 20th] to clean it, and they didnt clean the tub they just covered that mold spot with caulk... Third time was the morning of the 22, no more visable mold but still soap scum from privios guests. 4th time i asked was the evening on the 23rd and the lady came by with cleaning supplies and washed it while we were there... The sink in the bathroom has serious hardwater/mold all around the spout, never cleane

Upon arrival I could smell weed in my room, and I tried to air the room out but it is -30 so having a window or door open at this temperature is not going to work. I tried calling the hotel after hours phone number to request a room change, but nobody answered and there was no option to leave a message. The bathroom is disgusting, with mold around the tub and tiles, and large cracks in the tile. The toilet does not flush very well, and the water volume from the shower head is almost non existent.

It was 2 degrees overnight and they had not turned the heat on in the whole building , questioned why no heat , waiting for the season change which had already happened with overnight temperatures at 2 degrees . Very cold in the room . Questioned whether it would be on for the second night I had planned to stay was told probably not because it takes several days to get the heat throughout the building especially the farther you are from the heat source . CRAZY ! Due to health concerns had to check out after first nights experience .
