Although the hotel is still undergoing some renovation, the rooms are well appointed, very well equipped and very well kept! The staff was excellent and very helpful. The rooms that are ready are up a flight of stairs so people should check before booking. Very nice place to stay!

The place was very clean and felt newly renovated inside, which made for a comfortable stay. The downside was that an alarm was going off throughout the night. I could hear it from halfway down the second floor hallway found source by reception desk, and it seemed like there was no staff available to handle the issue or respond to emergencies.

This hotel clean despite short of staff. There is no person in the front desk, you need to call. I believe there is only one worker who does everything from cleaning, front desk check in and so forth. Most travelers are on the road and ready to use the washroom when they get to the hotel but this hotel does not have a washroom at the lobby. You need to go to the pub for washroom. Overall, nice and clean and staff is nice.

It was a little iffy when we walked in, lobby I think needs a little update but the room was good! No extras but the price was right and the room was very clean, bed was soft and comfortable! Looked like they are updating the rooms! The only thing I really didn’t like were the stairs!!! Did not realize there was stairs or I would not have booked

I stayed here for 4 nights and left the fifth day. It was July nights, so busiest time of the summer for 100 Mile House. I had one problem with loud people. They were on it within minutes. Then it was quite. Rooms were very nice. Small but effective. I highly recommend this property. Some of the cheapest prices in 100 Mile House during the busy season of summer!
