This is a great place to stay in Zwolle, especially if you are traveling by train. Great breakfast, wonderful rooms and very friendly staff. Not much else I could ask for!

Would stay again. Take a small car!

Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Parking is tight as others have said. Comfort Room was smaller than expected but fine. Close enough to the old town for an easy walk to cafes and restaurants.

Very nice building in a beautiful neighborhood, close to train station and walkable to the city centre. Good size rooms with a small refrigerator and complimentary water. Breakfast is optional and crazy expensive at +25€ per person. Would stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff

Historic building, super clean, convenient location and welcoming staff. Prompt responses to all my questions, including calling up Paleis Het Loo to see if it’s open, and the manufacturer and brand of the wardrobe hinges that I was interested in because we need to replace our kitchen cabinet hinges. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed being able to walk from the train station to the hotel in a matter of minutes. That was especially useful when we had a very early checkout and return trip to the airport via train! Most of the staff were friendly, but some seemed a bit snooty to us. The room was very nicely furnished. Not having air conditioning was a surprise on such hot days!

Ok hotel but not as fancy as they pretend

Ok hotel. It is NOT 4 stars or close Waiter at the bar was very mean to us, but smiley and friendly with everyone else in the terrace. Bad carpet was dirty, bad tub chipped, room without any air conditioning. we ordered and extra blanket through the wish option on their app and the blanket never arrived. It is overpriced with racist staff. I don’t recommend it. I’m not going back
