Habe mich als Alleinreisende sehr gut und persönlich aufgehoben gefühlt. Werde ich gern weiterempfehlen. Hauptsächlich das Personal im Frühstücksraum war sehr umsichtig und Bett!

Leider sehr informationsarmer Check in. Keine Hotelinformationen im Zimmer. Unter dem Sofa jede Menge Staub. Sauberkeit beim Frühstück Geschirr teils schlecht. Ansonsten schönes Haus in guter Lage mit viel Luft nach oben.

Wir hatten ein DZ im 4. OG zur Straßenseite. Wegen einer Baustelle waren Metallplanken über Kabel gelegt, die bei jedem Fahrzeug klapperten. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nicht. Aber in 200m Entfernung ist eine Endstelle einer S-Bahn, die stdl.für mindestens 5 Min. bei laufendem Motor pausierte, auch nachts, so dass man gezwungenermaßen die Fenster schloss. Bei 34° nicht gerade toll. Es wären auch keine Fliegengitter am Fenster, so dass nicht an viel Schlaf zu denken war. Bei Abreise wurden wir befragt, ob es uns gefallen hätte. Wir erwähnten die Lautstärke u.wir erfuhren, dass wir dann eben ein Zimmer im Innenhof (teurer) hätten nehmen müssen. Wir erwähnten dazu nur, dass man dies aber auf der Webseite entspr. dokumentieren müsste, woraufhin es keine Antwort gab. Parkhaus unterm Hotel kostet für Gäste ab Sept. 18 €, finden wir auch übertrieben; haben noch 16 € bezahlt. Sicherlich kommen wir nicht mehr nach Zwickau; würden allerdings dieses Hotel nicht mehr wählen. Ansonsten war das Personal freundlich; insbesondere die fleißige Dame im Frühstückssaal.

とても快適で、清潔で、場所も中心街にあり、スタッフの皆様も親切で、とても良いホテルでした。ありがとうございました。 ただ、なぜか私のクレジットカードが2枚とも使えず（その前の日に、同じホテルのレストランや、その後の日程で、別のホテルや施設やレストランでも問題なく使えました） 現金で支払うことになり、持っていた現金が足りず、近くの銀行でクレジットカードでキャッシングをして支払いました（同じクレジットカードを使ってキャッシング出来ましたので、カードに問題あるとも思えず…） すぐ近くに銀行があって助かりましたが… そこだけが不思議でした。

Esperienza positiva, dal banco reception, al personale, alla pulizia e dimensioni della camera. Buono anche il servizio colazione continentale, prodotti freschi e con re-filling continuo. Posizione centrale, facilmente raggiungibile, grazie anche al parcheggio a disposizione.
