Good location with closeby restaurant which is La lup perhaps part of the apartment complex. Train station at the door step. Central train station & bus station is walkable in 30mins. Breakfast is probably the best in the 2 mile radius if you especially want more than just coffee & croissants. Shilcity mall is 6 min walk , where you get more restaurants and shops. Food in general is expensive when compared to UK or rest of europe. To keep costs down shop in co-op and cook if at all possible.

Property is great with the exception of no AC! Rooms were HOT and train noise with windows open is unsustainable. Two fans were on the apartment but it would only circulate the hot air already in the apartment. If it had AC I would rate it higher.

Leider waren wir mit unserem einwöchigen Aufenthalt bei den VISIONAPARTMENTS Wolframplatz nicht zufrieden. Positiv sind die gute Lage und Verkehrsanbindung, die Möglichkeit, einen großen Hund mitzubringen, sowie die kleine, aber funktionelle Küchenzeile, die für eine Woche ausreichend ist. Leider überwiegen die negativen Punkte deutlich. Im Apartment herrschten durchgehend etwa 32 °C, da es keine Klimaanlage gab. Decken- und Standventilator haben lediglich die heiße Luft verteilt. Das Fenster konnte wegen des starken Lärms der angrenzenden Baustelle und der vorbeifahrenden Züge kaum geöffnet werden. Auf unsere Nachfrage nach einem Apartment mit Klimaanlage gab es keine Alternative, ein zusätzlicher Ventilator wäre nur gegen Aufpreis möglich gewesen. Das Apartment wirkte insgesamt ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen: aufgerissene Fugen, schlecht ablaufendes Wasser in der Dusche und ein nicht besonders gepflegter Fußboden. Auch das Bett machte keinen wirklich sauberen Eindruck. Besonders störend war außerdem das Badezimmer: Zur Toilette gibt es keine richtige Tür, sondern lediglich eine Glasschiebetür. Die Toilette befindet sich dadurch praktisch direkt neben dem Bett, sodass man sämtliche Geräusche und Gerüche des Partners zwangsläufig mitbekommt – Privatsphäre ist kaum vorhanden. Da es keinen Zimmerservice gibt, hätten wir uns zudem eine Möglichkeit gewünscht, den Boden selbst zu reinigen und frische Handtücher zu bekommen. Insgesamt waren wir daher sehr entt
