Great place to stay in Zurich. Value-for-money considering how expensive everything is in Switzerland. Train station right at the back of the very-secured apartment-hotel building. My daughters enjoyed the free gym, and the sauna & steam rooms. Highly-recommended!

Nice two bedroom apartment next to two railway stations and a tram line. Extremely well connected to city center, Zurich Bahnhof and Zurich airport. Safe, quiet neighborhood with a bungh of eating options, all quite walkable. Reasonably priced for the great conveniences it offers.

Room was cleaned but they don’t clean while we were staying. Laundry wasn’t good. It washed but dryer was not good, all clothes were damp and became smelly. Location was good. We stayed 5 nights, right beside train station to go HB 10-15 minutes.

Apartment was super clean. We got two small bedrooms with central AC and TV in each room. The location was perfect and it's walkable to train, tram, bus stations. There were several grocery stores within 5 mins of walkable distance. The check in process is super simple. They even had free and fastest wifi network through out stay. We were almost two hr earlier than our check in times but they allowed us early check in per our request. Over all. We enjoyed our stay.

Even though I have called customer support ahead of my arrival I did not get the link for online check in which was mandatory as therr was no reception staff at 5 p.m. in the afternoon. I did the check in in the reception area, whilst my car was on the pavement as again the digital channel to get the parking next to the hotel has not been very straightforwars. SO, the appartment was very good and the view close to amazing, just make sure you check in before you arrive and also if planning to arrive by car reserve parking as there is no (or almost no) street parking.

Great location for the airport: only minutes by bus or train. Glattbrugg rail station is immediately outside the rear of the property & trains run every few minutes into Zürich centre. I stayed here for seven nights with my son in a Junior kitchenette apartment, which was very clean & minimally, but tastefully furnished. We didn't use the espresso maker, oven or dishwasher, so can't comment on functionality. Our only concern, especially for my son, was the bathroom integration into the living/sleeping space. Glass doors on both the toilet & shower were not private. For couples this might not be an issue, but worth mentioning. We had breakfast on our first morning from the menu. Decided against the buffet breakfast as there seemed to be a lack of choice for the cost. Possibly this was due to us arriving later in the serving time. Midweek we had an issue with an electrical socket which caused us & a neighbouring room to have a power blackout. We were able to call the emergency number(easy & helpful) & were given another apartment within an hour. The second apartment, although bigger & more private, was noticeably tired & grubby looking, especially the wallpaper & sofa. Single pillows on the bed were....can I say, terrible?! 😆 No filling, no support, however, the bed was comfortable enough. I realise this sounds like we had huge issues and complaints; we didn't. Honestly, it was mainly cosmetic, easily fixed & we really enjoyed our stay for an amazing price. Would def rtn!

I enjoyed how modern each room is with A.C. This is essential for the summer. The location is great, right next to the Glattbrugg train station. I can get to Zurich HB in 15 minutes and get to the airport in 8 minutes.

While the apartment is modern, clean, and conveniently located near the metro, I did experience some issues. My entry code failed, resulting in a cold long wait outside in sub-zero temperatures until luckily someone happened to be coming in. Prospective guests should also note that there are no late-night food or drink options nearby; a 24-hour vending machine on-site would be a major improvement. Overall, it’s a nice stay, but the check-in process and late-night amenities could use some refinement.
