Great rooms for a family of 4 with small kids. Amazing breakfast. We mainly stayed here because of the location to a tram spot and the breakfast. Stayed here two nights and for $300 per night I tried multiple times to get clean towels but never a response from the front desk.

Hotel is good and 15 second walk to Metro 10 tram which will take you direct Zurich HB station .... 10 min walk you will see Magros ..... 7 min 10 train will take you Airport ... Breakfast is excellent .... quite place ... no shooping near this place but no too far entire shopping and food place and Ikea as well .

It’s a good hotel right next to the tram 1 minute away, which was so convenient and made it easier to navigate for sightseeing. The rooms were decent and roomy, but the cleanliness needs a little upgrade. The staff were attentive when I told them I needed something which I appreciated. Breakfast was good but limited options. Overall it’s a good hotel for a short stay.

I liked when I checked in the lady that assisted me and responded to my email assisted with helping us get our room. However after that each day when I came in the men that were at the front desk never said good evening or good morning unless I addressed them that’s the first ever in my life staying at a hotel when every single male at the front desk never made eye contact or say good morning with the exception of the morning I checked out the one gentlemen said the tram won’t be here for 20 mins you can wait inside which was kind of him but besides that and the lady who checked me in I find the staff to be unfriendly not extending basic courtesy of even good morning

The hotel was clean. The location is a bit far from the city, but the time spent there is not annoying. I think the parking fee is high. There is a covered and closed parking lot for the hotel, and travelers are forced to pay 25 francs per day for parking without a roof in the sun and rain.
